Fluffy Pancakes
Just made this recipe. It was my first time trying any pancake recipe, but let me assure you, I've tasted many!! These were excellent. I followed the recipe exactly and they came out well. Could not taste the vinegar at all, which was surprising, considering the seemingly copious amount the recipe calls for. I'm addicted. The only change I made was adding a few drops of vanilla extract.
