Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies
Just baked these yesterday for the first time with my girlfriend for our annual all day Christmas Baking Marathon! I chose this cookie because it looked good and easy! First, we made the dough according to the instructions and instead of using the mint chocolates, we used the Hershey's peppermint kisses which looked so festive! I have very thin non-stick baking sheets so no spraying or greasing was necessary! Also, we waited about 30 seconds to place the mints on the cookies when they came out of the oven! They are delicious!! We will bake these every year now! Thank you for such a easy awesome recipe!

Leslie's Ham Lentil Soup
This was really good. My Husband and 3 year old daughter ate it up! I served it with toasted pretzel bread and it was delish!

Baked Falafel
Made this tonight for the my Husband, myself and my 3 year daughter and we loved it! I didn't use a cheese cloth because I didn't have one. I just chopped the onion small and dabbed off any moisture with a paper towel. Lightly browned the falafel in a pan and then stuck them in the oven for 10 minutes. Served them in warm pita bread with my homemade tzatziki sauce and side tabouli salad over some arugula! Healthy and delicious!
