Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
While my crust wasn't crispy on the outside, like so many experienced, the flavor was really wonderful and...bready. The lack of crunch may well be the fact that I used a pizza stone. In any case, if you like a flavorful, chewy, soft crust, this one will do it for you in spades. It makes a lot, compared with some dough recipes. For my 15" round stone, it made a full, fairly thick crust.
