Pork Chops Italiano
If this had been cooked maybe a fraction of the time suggested, it would have had a better chance. I'm sorry to say that I probably won't make it again.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
Have to admit that I didn't follow it to a T (or is it tee?)...anyway, so I used what I had on hand. One cup of chx broth in the fridge so I threw that in...and I had no beef broth so I used a cube of bouillon and a little pod of stock which I put into boiling water to make the beef broth needed. I didn't have zucchini but wound up throwing in celery and red pepper. I didn't have tortellini either but used anelli pasta instead. On top of that, I had no fresh herbs so I used dried. Regardless, since I'd never made it before, I didn't know the difference and this tasted fantastic. I put fresh grated parmigiano-reggiano on top with fresh parsley (I did have that)...and both my husband and I loved it. I will gladly make again and again.

Sauteed Carrots and Leeks
Both my husband and i really liked this. I used the bagged organic carrots and just sliced them up but I do think it would be better with using regular (and larger) carrots. Regardless, I served this with another recipe found on this site - a Salisbury Steak recipe - but these carrots were the standout. The main course paled in comparison. I will definitely make these again.
