Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
I have never been a big salad eater, but after reading the reviews I figured I would give it a try. I ended up tossing most of it. I am not sure if having white wine vinegar makes a different, but I did not have it on hand and used regular vinegar instead. However, the little I did not toss was used to make a sandwich with a little bit of leftover chicken salad and it sort of reminded of I think similar sandwich that Wendy's or Arby's have. In the future I would probably make a small amount of dressing and a small amount of salad for a sandwich, the chicken and bread seemed to get rid of the vinegary taste and made it okay.

Burger or Hot Dog Buns
I actually watched the video first and figured it looked easy enough. I even subbed in 1 cup of whole white wheat flour. I forgot to add the egg and it still came out pretty good (not super soft). I also had to put the butter mix in the refrigerator to cool it down to 120.

Sausage and Rice Stuffed Peppers
I actually did not boil these peppers, but I don't think I put in enough liquid when I cooked these puppies. However, the filling was pretty good. Even though they did not come out they way I want them, I was able to cut them and stir them in some leftover atuffing and use it for burritos, like another user.
