Pistachio Fluff Fruit Salad

I always get great reviews when I make this salad. I always make it with double mandarin oranges - and no fruit cocktail. I have made this with vanilla pudding to make it nut free - it was good - but not great. I always use jell-o brand pudding, jet puff marshmallows, and oranges that come in a can. I once made it with other brands and oranges from a plastic jar - and it was not good at all.

Shortbread Supreme

Makes great cut-out cookies. The dough is really easy to handle. I've these cookies a few times with my little ones. They taste really good too. I usually put icing on them - but they are good without.

Potato, Broccoli and Cheese Soup

Best broccoli soup ever! My whole family likes it. I'm not an onion fan - but it works in this recipe. I usually make it without the cheese - super healthy for you this way and tastes really good.

Chocolate Almond Bark

Yummy! I make mine with dark chocolate - PC semi-sweet chocolate chips are best. The shortening is a must to get the chocolate to melt right.

Peppermint Patties

I have made this recipie as christmas gifts for the past two years - everyone loves them! They keep in the fridge or freezer for a long time - so they can be made ahead of time. I found using an electric fondue pot to keep the chocolate melted while doing the dipping works really well - just make sure you keep the setting on low!

Fudgey Special Dark® Brownies

Chewy and yummy! I added 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of nuts - but I think I'll add the full cup of chocolate chips next time and a 1/2 cup of walnuts.
