Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)

This gets pretty amazing reviews from coworkers and relatives. Tip: I dump a bunch of frozen raspberries into the pan after the batter and make it in an 8x8 and call it brownies. I find it needs "something" like ice cream or similar, if it doesn't have the raspberries. Note: the last two I made took almost DOUBLE the baking time to set up.

Creamy Hollandaise Sauce

WAY TOO MUCH LEMON! I would venture a guess that slightly less than half is a better amount of lemon. We ended up adding substantially more worcestershire and white pepper to try to cover up the taste (out of eggs at this point).

Acorn Squash Gnocchi with Parmesan Sage Beurre Blanc

Only made the sauce and made plain potato gnocchi. Was delightfully surprised with how well the sauce turned out. Would have wanted it to be a bit thicker, and wish I had fresh parmesan on hand.
