About this Cook
I'm a stay-at-home mom to an almost 2 year old daughter. I love cooking and trying new dishes and look forward to trying many more!
My favorite things to cook
Waay too many to list!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Being from the South I come from a family with many cooking traditions, so I miss being home to enjoy them all but the few I do now for my daughter make up for it!
My cooking triumphs
Most recently Chicken Curry!
My cooking tragedies
My most recent tragedy was when I tried to make a vanilla cake with butterscotch icing. It failed miserably!!

Egg in a Hole
So yummy and easy! My whole family enjoys it when I serve these for breakfast! I always have the ingredients on hand, it's something hot to eat to help get the day started, and my daughter loves how silly it looks.

Indian Chicken Curry (Murgh Kari)
Delicious and extremely easy to make! I followed this recipe exactly and the only change I would make next time is less onion as I personally don't care for onions that much. It was flavorful, easy, relatively quick, and everyone in my family loved it. I don't have to order out anymore and I can make as much as I want!! Thank you for a new staple dish in my household.
