About this Cook
I was a Domestic Engineer for 14 years. I raised my two daughters - Sophia and Christina. I attended York University and graduated with a BA in Political Science with a Minor in German. I am fluent in English and Greek. I can get by with French and German. I am recently divorced and with a new Life Partner. We are Independent Consultants for Immunotec. Mousaka and Pastitio - greek. fricasse and araka - greek. Cupcakes with my daughter, bread, scones, roasts, tacos, chili, roast potatoes, gilled steak, gilled chicken, grilled vegies, grilled fish, red snapper, sea bass, salmon, stuffed peppers, kebapi, kiofti, tabouli, couscous, dips, traditional greek cookies and breads, lenten cooking, salads, fresh beets, and endives, spanakopita and tiropita.

Cinnamon Rolls II
Great Recipe. I also added 3 teaspoons baking powder since the yeast that I have used in the past has not always worked. They rose to a good level and were really fluffy. I also ran out of icing sugar and I replaced with equal amount of custard powder. It actually made them less sweet and very tasty. I added just a hint of sugar and they turned out great. I will be making them again!! :)
