Perfect cheesecake. I used the water bath, room temp ingredients, and I did not even open the oven door for 6 hours. This was the first cheesecake I ever made and it was amazingly perfect.

This recipe is found in the light section, which is why I didn't find other reviewers additions very helpful. Sure f you add more butter and heavy cream...it's going to taste better. As is, I found this recipe so bland that we really ate light that night...because it was barely touched.

Double yum if you add bacon. Keep t simple and use the pre-cooked kind. There may be some left over tacos, but their won't be any leftover beans!
