I have made these muffins twice, and today is my third time! They are in the oven right now. I LOVE this recipe. It is now my go to muffin recipe. I do a few things different. I add about 1 1/2 tsp vanilla and about 1/8 to 1/4 cup more sugar to the batter. I've made it exactly as the recipe says, and I find that a little vanilla and a little more sugar make this even more excellent, although as is it is very tasty. I love the crumb topping. I usually use brown sugar instead of white sugar, but this time I'm using half of each to see how it turns out. I've never had a problem with my muffins sinking, but this time I put a ton of topping on them, so maybe they will! Even if they look funny, I will still be eating them! I highly recommend this recipe to anybody. My husband especially enjoys these muffins. :) As many of the others have said, I highly recommend using fresh blueberries. :) Make these and enjoy!!
