The first batch I made was very flat. I refrigerated the dough and the rest weren't as much so. The flavor was wonderful and the tops were wrinkled and yummy. They were crispy on the outside and chewey on the inside. I would add 1/2 cup flower to this recipe. Also, I added almond slivers and used milk chocolate chips, a combination which seemed to lend a white chocolate flavor to the cookies. My family loves them.
