Angel Chicken Pasta
I just tried this recipe and served it to my parents yesterday. They loved it. My dad actually asked for a soup spoon so he would not waste any of the delicious sauce! The recipe gets bonus points for being so easy and quick to put together. Since it was my first try, I followed the recipe, except I used fettuccine noodles instead of angel hair. I'm sure it wouldn't matter what noodles you used, it would still be great. I don't think this recipe needs much tweaking. It's hard to go wrong with a dish that calls for a half-stick of butter and cream cheese!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
Really yummy! The only thing I changed was the onions. I used chopped green onion instead of onion rings. Ok, and I added more cheese.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
This is really good! I've made them twice now and my family and roommate love them. I took the advice of one of the other reviewers and cooked the chicken in the crockpot with the taco spices. The only other thing I changed was adding more taco seasoning to the chicken. I usually like mild seasoning, but without the extra seasoning it tasted a bit bland. I also added 3-4 drops of tabasco sauce. To save prep time, I think next time I'll cook and shred the chicken ahead of time. The second time I prepared them, I used leftover chicken from the first batch I made, which I had freezed. It was much faster then to make up the second batch later.
