perfect and so quick. yes, that is a large amount of spices but if you want a strong flavor like in pumpkin pie, use the whole tablespoon. I make it even lighter by using fat free evaporated milk. and it is FANTASTIC.

Pot Roast with Rich Red Wine and Onion Gravy

I added cornstarch instead of flour, and used olive oil instead of generic vegetable, and it came out great. everybody loved it.

Tuna Noodle Casserole I
