Melanie's Chili

I doubled the recipe, but instead of 2 cans of tomato sauce, I used 1 can tomato sauce and 1 can of petite diced tomatoes. I also used 2 cans of Kidney beans instead of pintos, because that it what I had in the pantry. Delicious!

Golden Potato Soup

Delicious! Doubled recipe for left-overs!I didn't have bullion, but used a can of chicken broth and a can of water. I also didn't have onion, but grated half of a carrot into soup. SOOOO tasty! Thanks for an awesome recipe! :)

Fresh Herbed Halibut

The flavor is fantastic, and I am not a big fan of fish! I added 1 tsp of Balsamic vinegar to 1/4 cup olive oil and brushed it on the fillets before I added the seasonings. (It would have been even more fabulous if the fillets I used had been fresh instead of frozen; the texture would have been much better.) My husband loved it, as well. I will definitely use this recipe again!

Nanny's Spaghetti Sauce

Very good recipe. Tastes quite good as is, but can also be modified to suit your tastes. My family likes meat sauce, so I add hamburger. Really yummy!

My Chili

One of the best chili recipes I have found in a long time...Didn't have garlic cloves, so just used garlic powder. I also halved recipe, as I am the only person in my house who will eat chili! Turned out delicious..

Shredded Beef Enchiladas

Wonderfully flavorful beef! I just make the meat part of the recipe and we love it wrapped in fresh tortillas! The best part is that it can be done in the crockpot, as well! Delicious!

Excellent Broccoli Cheese Soup

This truly is "Excellent!" Followed recipe exactly, but next time I will add more broccoli and will try using just cheddar(more of) and not using the Velveeta. Fantastic recipe!

Pressure Cooker Beef Stew

Excellent stew recipe.. I have tried a couple and this one is the best yet. I added a few chopped celery stalks, a large clove of garlic and a dash of red wine vinegar. A taste sensation!
