Orange Chocolate Muffins

Easy recipe, and tastes great even with whole wheat flour and applesauce substituted for butter and all-purpose.

Campbell's Kitchen Turkey and Stuffing Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
This is easy to make which I really like since I am sometimes too busy to spend time prepping food. It has a good flavor, but needs a little seasoning. It leaves room for variation, I will next time add potatoes, celery, and some other veggies. I will also use an extra can of cream of mush, I like it a little more creamy.

Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage-Brown Butter Sauce

used half the seasoning as suggested in another review. The filling was tasty, but had trouble with the wontons. I will again and make my own shells.

Italian Wedding Soup I

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2009
I have made this recipe several times and it always comes out good. I use low sodium chicken borth, half water, and I substitute spinach. It still tastes great.

Orange Loaf

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2009
I liked this recipe. I used whole wheat flour and butter instead of margarine. I only baked for 40 min and didn't use the glaze, just sprinkled on some powdered sugar. It was late and I got tired. I will try with extra oj next time to maybe moisten it up a bit, but definitely a great late night snack for a sweet lover like me.

Toll House Crumbcake II

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2008
This is a great recipe. I have made it three times since October and everyone loves it. The first time I followed the recipe exactly. The second time I replaced the sour cream and half the butter(not in the crumb topping) with applesauce and used whole wheat flour. I also doubled the crumb topping which really makes the cake delicious. The small adjustments were to help me feel better about eating 2/3rds of it!

Oreo™ Cookie Cake II

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2008
I like the recipe, but thought it needed a bit more of the cookie mixture. I also thought the glaze was a little too thin, so I added an extra 1/2 cup of confectioner's sugar to thicken.
