Make-Ahead Spinach Manicotti
This was so good. I followed the recipe exactly except that i didn't put it in the fridge for 30 min, just straight to the oven. The whole family loved it.

Fresh Fig Cake
This was a big hit at my house. My husband had seconds and he isn't a big fan of figs. I followed the recipe exactly and it came out great. I served the topped the cake with the filling as i served it.

Rich Chocolate Frosting
This is the best chocolate frosting I have ever had. I made a half recipe and had plenty to generously frost 2 dozen cupcakes. It was really easy to make too.
