Easy and scrumptious recipe for chocolate lovers, and, oh yeah...it's gluten free as well. My daughter and I are both gluten intolerant and I was looking for a quick, but rich tasting dessert. When I saw the title of this recipe my first thought was, "You have got to be kidding me!" However, since it had such good reviews, I figured I'd give it a try. The recipe was very easy to follow and contained ingredients I always keep around. Instead of powdered sugar, I sprinkled gold sugar sprinkles and served the cake with whipped cream and iced berries. It looked like a cake, smelled like a cake, and tasted like a cake. Both my husband and son were shocked that it was made with chick peas as they thought I had made a brownie cake. I would not hesitate to serve this again even if my guests don't have a gluten problem.
