Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
The cookies turned out great.... however they are VERY sweet. I can't say they are the best I've ever had though. There are by far too many chocolate chips (and I LOVE tons of chips) After I made one batch and seen how many chocolate chips there would be compared to the dough I quick doubled the recipe but still only used one bag of chocolate chips, and there were PLENTY of chips per cookie still. Over all it's a great cookie, but the dough is too sweet.

Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies
I made these for christmas.... I the dough into balls, then rolled them in sugar and pressed chocolate stars into the middle. The insides of these cookies stayed SO moist, they were awesome. I took a tin of cookies with me to work with about 30 of these in it.... by our first break there were only 3 left! People must have been sneaking into the breakroom to eat them! I knew the recipe was a keeper when I overheard another employee talking about how great the cookies in the breakroom were. The peanut butter flavor in these is incredible. Thankyou so much for sharing this recipe, I will definetely be keeping this one and using it again!

Macaroni and Tuna Fish Salad
This recipe was the simple version that I've been looking for (without all the green peppers and celery, stuff like that) I'm not one for raw onion so I left that out. However I did add in peas (which is an excellent suggestion) and also little cubes of mild cheddar cheese. I will definately use this recipe over and over again! Thankyou.
