WOW!! I thought this was an awesome casserole dish. I served this for a Christmas eve party and it was a hit! I only had enough to put into a small sour cream bowl for leftovers. I did add 2 pounds of bacon, as I like a lot of bacon flavor. This is definitely a keeper in my recipe box.

Pizza Salad II

I didn't change a thing and it was perfect. I don't enjoy the peppers, but some do and said it added the right flavor they needed. I, of course, had to have mayo and cheese on mine. It was great. Even my 3 year old and 7 year old loved it.

Baked Potato Soup V

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are the most AWESOME chocolate chip cookies. I used a ice cream scooper to scoop them and they turned out huge. Probably got about 3 dozen out of the recipe. If I could give this recipe a 10, I would.

Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

I thought this was a wonderful recipe, although I did make adjustments for my taste. First of all I cut the recipe in half, as it is quite a bit. For my family of four we had plenty to eat the next night. I made this in my turbo cooker, which only took about 20 minutes. Even though I cute the recipe in half I still used one can of milk. I added 1 cup sour cream and garden fresh green papers, because let's face it what is a cheese steak without pappers. I also used 4 ounces of velveeta cheese instead of cheddar, since I had the velveeta on hand. I just thought it turned out better than expected. Definitely a keeper in our home. Thanks!

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

I followed this recipe to the T. It was a good recipe overall, although the icing was not of a creamy texture for me. If I make this recipe again I will add walnuts and most definitely double the icing.

Throw Together Mexican Casserole

Kids and husband loved this recipe. I omitted the kidney beans and added shredded cheddar on the top while baking. Also added sour cream on top prior to eating. Great recipe. Add to recipe box!!
