WOW super easy! I used kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, then I defrosted several of those frozen minced garlic cubes from Trader Joes, and spread a thin layer all over the roast. My oven does not hold heat so I followed other peoples tips. Roast 9 minutes for every pound. I heated oven to 500, then reduced it to 475 when I was ready to put the roast in. Roasted it at 475 for 27 minutes, then reduced heat to 220 for the next hour and a half. Came out just a little pink - just the way the husband likes it. I like mine a bit more rare so I'll reduce the time on my next roast. VERY EASY, especially for a terrible cook like me!
