Broccoli Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2013
This was really good! I did make some changes because we're on a low carb-high protein diet. I added only 1/4 cup butter, half an onion, three cups chicken broth made from cubes, 1 cup almond milk (

Spiced Cauliflower Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2013
Wow, this was amazing! I followed the instructions as written except for the cauliflower. I only had a frozen bag and that's what I used. Thank you so much for a wonderful low carb soup! I have to try this with brocolli now! :)

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2013
These are so good! I had given up baking because I just didn't have the knack for it, I mean, I can cook, but I definitely can't bake. I decided to give these a try and I am so happy that I did! They are wonderful! I followed the recipe exactly as written. I was a bit worried when I mixed the first batch of ingredients because it looked a little dry, but after adding the batch with the egg it turned out perfect! Thanks so much for sharing this one, I can't wait till my kids get home and taste them!

Sauce Rosee

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2013
I prepared it exactly as per instructions. It is amazing! My son said that it was way better than the sauces he's had in expensive restaurant dishes. I tasted the sauce mixture before adding the heavy cream, it was amazing! I will definitely keep this recipe "as is" and make many times, but I'm going to try a different dish and prepare it without the heavy cream and wine to mix with some pasta. Thanks so much for sharing this!

Mexican Bean Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2013
Just finished preparing this. I tasted it after mixing in the liquids and it is delicious! I can't imagine how much better it's going to be after it sits for a while. I usually prepare a recipe as instructed to give it a proper review, but since I do not like the taste of lemon juice in my meals too much, I just put in the two tablespoons of fresh lime juice. Absolutely perfect!

This was so good! I used a bit less of "organic" sugar than the recipe required and it was amazing!

Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2013
This was delicious! I doubled the recipe with exception of the pineapple and the chicken so that I could have more marinade and I marinated them individually. I have two very picky eaters in my family and EVERYONE loved this! Thank you so much for sharing this!

Simple BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2013
I followed it exactly as written but with beef ribs (I don't like pork), and my entire family loved it! Beef Broth: When I was done boiling the ribs, I let the water cool down, then I froze it in five or six small snack bags which I eventually used as beef broth. It's real salty like the one in the stores, so you have to balance it out with water. I used one or two bags per Vegetable Beef Soups which I make with vegetable and ground meat. It gives the soup an amazing taste and it's very easy to wash the fat off the beef before using, just cut the frozen bag open and hold it under running water for a couple of seconds.

Slider-Style Mini Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2013
This was amazing. I followed the recipe exactly as instructed and it turned out just like White Castles. It was a lot, so I bagged them in snack bags and put them in the freezer. We used them on actual burger buns and sandwich bread. It's gets pretty greasy but when we reheat it, but it's easy to drain the meat. Definitely a keeper!

Spicy Black Bean Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2013
Oh my goodness! I just finished making this and when I tasted it, I almost skipped the refrigeration part, LOL! It's delicious. I prepared it following the directions exactly with the exception of the amount of oil. I only used 1/4 cup. Thank you for sharing such a delicious recipe :)
