Best Green Bean Casserole
I was surprised at all the good reviews. I wouldn't waste my good beans from the garden on this dish. the recipe is on the back of the french fried onion can. I won't make this again.

Blini (Russian Pancakes)
Great recipe. I would suggest skipping the citric acid and go for real lemon or lime juice. Most people don't know that a lot of citric acid comes from a GMO black mold developed for this purpose. Yuck!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
nice dish. I substituted whole wheat tortillas, which I think have a little more flavor, and used brown sugar and honey instead of using white sugar. I also added a little lemon juice to the fruit to help balance the sugars. Agave syrup would also be nice. a nice finger food for a party.
