Creamed Peas with Bacon
We really enjoyed this although I have to say something was missing. Next time I'll add garlic power, onion powder, etc. But it was quite good and a good stand in for the pub food "mushy peas". I followed others suggestions and added the floor to the pot to cook out before adding the evap milk. Also used fat free milk so aside from the bacon (!), it was a nice healthy side. :)

Shrimp Francesca
Pretty good. I made it just like the directions and it tasted good but was soggy. I was hoping for shrimp with a crunchy topping but the breading was kind of gross. I didn't care about the sauce as we did not eat it over anything. Next time I will pour the butter over the shrimp, then add bread crumbs and cheese and then just enough butter to crisp the crumbs. Might also add panko.

Szechwan Shrimp
Awesome! The flavor is really good and my husband loved it. I agree with others, use fresh shrimp. Really easy. Just cook about one minute, turn and add some cooked, frozen asian style veggies and the sauce (double the amount). Cook until it thickens. Perfect! I added some cayanne as my husband and I love heat, but I'm not sure it was necessary since it was a touch spicier than I needed after that.
