Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I love fish but never buy tilapia because it basically has no flavor. I bought some for this recipe and it is delicious! The topping really makes this dish. Super easy and super fast. I used reduced fat sour cream in place of the mayonnaise and sprinkled with Old Bay seasoning prior to broiling. I'll definitely be buying tilapia from now on but the topping would be great on other white fish also.

Beer Cheese Pretzel and Dip
This review is for the dip only. I loved it. I used my own homemade pretzel recipe and it paired great with this dip. The beer really makes it. I used Michelob Ultra Amber. I think the food processor is a must but will try making it on the stovetop next time to see if it is easier that way.

Cumin-Coriander Pork Rub
Excellent rub! I l especially love cumin and thought the flavor was excellent. Used on boneless pork chops and grilled in a tabletop grill. Very good! Can't wait to try on other things.
