I didn't have white wine so added a splash of apple cider vinegar and made up for the rest of the liquid with a little extra water. Still turned out great! Hit with the fam! Delish :)

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

Followed this recipe mostly as written and it turned out great! Sweetness and liquids--issues other reviewers mentioned--were not an issue. Guests gobbled it up and said I could make it again and again to share :) I did pour the liquids over the cake when it had been out of the oven only 10 minutes or so (still warm) which probably helped soak up the milk. Also used 1% instead of whole milk, but other than that followed closely what is given.

New York Italian Pizza Dough

Cheese Please Fondue

Be careful not to let the cheese get too hot or it will turn grainy. Delish and simple recipe! Great with Cauliflower & Broccoli, Bell Pepper strips, Celery, and day-old bread chunks.

Cake Mix Cookies IV

Easy and delicious! I used a French Vanilla mix, the kind that has pudding in the mix too, and dipped the dough balls into cinnamon-sugar before baking. They turned out like snickerdoodles!

Fortune Cookies So Easy

I practiced this recipe a couple times because I wanted to get it right. The first couple of times I adjusted and added more water to thin it out like others suggested and I had more trouble than before. This morning the kitchen was under a spell i guess because it was easy! I used the recipe scaled for 24 cookies and only added an extra t of water and they were just right! I can't believe they aren't even chewy in the center! So Delicious! Just be careful when folding them, buttering your fingers helps!
