Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
Super easy/delicious. Pretty unhealthy - go lite on the mayo.

I substituted dark chocolate chips and omitted the sugar and it came out AMAZING.

Veal Angelica

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2005
The flavors are really strong; it's a really filling dish. I liked it, but didn't absolutely love it, and no one really cared for the prosciutto. After it comes out of the oven it tastes more like bacon.

Very good. Used *real* onions and mushrooms instead though

Sweet and Sour Drumettes

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2005
A huge hit! I wasn't sure how the sauce would turn out so I served some drumettes with regular bbq sauce, but there was no need to worry. The sauce in the recipe turned out way better. Deffinitely a keeper.

Kangaroo Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2005
The flavor was good but not excellent. I took the advice of others' and and cut the potatoes small - and they still weren't cooked! It was edible but nothing special... cute name though.

Coq au Vin alla Italiana

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2004
The most important things to remember when using this recipie: the pan should be industrial size, and serve it with rice or bread so as not to waste any of its delicious sauce. Delicious!

Baked Fish with Shrimp

The presentation of this dish is beautiful, but the sauce came out bland. It needs more flavor and more kick.

Herb Garlic Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2004
There's nothing extraordinary about this recipie. Deffinitely use fresh herbs, I tried with dried and they didn't add much to the flavor.

Grilled Corn on the Cob

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2004
It's simple and it's great. It's perfect to serve to the unadventurous type who doesn't want to experiment much with spices.

Grilled Peaches

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2004
This dessert is super rich. I don't think there's any way one person can finish a whole half a peach - it's just soo rich. It does taste good, but I only got through two bites.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2004
I love garlic, but this was a little too garlicy for even me. Maybe crushing or mincing the garlic after roasting might help, or decreasing the amount, but finding huge chunks of dark garlic inside was unappealing.

Mexicana Shrimp and Vegetable Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2004
The kebobs came out pretty dry, but the next day I stir-fried the left-overs and but them into burrito's with cheese, avacado, lettuce and tomato and they turned out REALLY good, I give the burritos 5 stars
