Sweet Potato Pie I

This was AMAZING! Perfect amount of spice and sweetness. I used 1/2 white sugar, 1/2 brown sugar and added 2T of flour during the mixing stage to help thicken. We had to bake this closer to 70-75 mins for it to be completely done. MAKE SURE TO REMOVE THE "STRINGS" WHEN MIXING! -Your mixer should capture most of the stringy bits. Make sure you remove them for much tastier results. :) Thanks for a great recipe!!

Better Than Brad Pitt Cake

I really liked this! Spongy & creamy delicious. It weighs a lot, so consider this when choosing the container you use to prepare it. Would totally make this again.

Grandma's Rice

Country Apple Dumplings

This tasted great and was super easy to make. Dont worry if you can't "seal up the apples in the dough completely, it'll still turn out great. We doubled the cinnamon. I was worries about the amount of liquid in the pan, but it turned out great. Would be great to take to a pot luck, and even re-heats well.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

Wife made this as written except used Tahitian vanilla extract. This is one of the most delicious desserts I've ever had! I will make this repeatedly for the rest of my life. I know it's probably terrible for me, but thanks for an awesome easy recipe!

We LOVED this! I chose this recipe for the interesting mix of ingredients, and I halved the amount of brown sugar and added a bit more bacon. Excellent recipe that we'll be adding to the rotation! Thanks!

Easy BBQ Flank Steak with Chipotle Mayo

We LOVE this recipe and I will be making this for years to come! We have made it 3 times, and each time we follow the directions exactly. While the steak is grilling I like to caramelize some onions, then we make steak sandwiches with smoked provolone, caramelized onions & chipotle mayo. Put them under the broiler to melt the cheese and dig in! Thanks for this recipe!

Chess Pie III

I'm SHOCKED at the amount of people who say this was done in 35 minutes! Next time I'm definitely going to bake it an hour. Ours was like pudding with a hard top. Even after being refrigerated all nite the consistency was straight pudding. Bummer because the flavor was good. I would seriously recommend baking for ONE HOUR.
