Roasted Parmesan Rosemary Potatoes
Delicious as is, but adding whole peeled Cippolini onions in the mix will push it up another notch. Try using 1 lb. of onions with the potatoes. You can also make this ahead of time ( as much as a day ), and reheat it for about 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees.

Tender Italian Baked Chicken
Much easier to mix the Parmesan with the bread crumbs ( for extra crunch,use half panko crumbs and half seasoned Italian crumbs) Then dip the chicken in Italian dressing. Finally mix equal parts of mayo and sour cream and roll the chicken in it. Do all of this early in the day and refrigerate the chicken until you are ready to bake it. The crumbs will stay on better, and the salad dressing adds extra flavor.

Baked Mashed Potatoes
Just another suggestion to make life easier. After refrigeration, bring to room temperature and put into a slow cooker. Spay cooker with Pam, and then heat on low 3-4 hrs. It frees up your oven for anything else you might be baking or roasting. It's a huge help when roasting a large turkey in particular.
