I enjoy experimenting with sauces, and making my own rubs and seasonings. I also make hot process all natural vegan soaps that require cooking. So I am always experimenting with spices, herbs and plants for scent, color and beauty!

Barbeque Tempeh Sandwiches
Absolutely delicious! The only thing I did differently: I added some of my homemade jerk seasoning rub to the tempeh and barbecue sauce and let it marinate for over an hour. I also drained the veggies after sauteeing, before spooning it into the marinated Tempeh. My first time eating and cooking with Tempeh and have to say it was a wonderful experience!

Best Brownies
These delectable treats were absolutely scrumptious! I also doubled the ingredients, and used raw turbinado sugar in place of white sugar, and vegan buttery sticks in the place of the butter. This was my first experience making homemade brownies, and now I am never going to buy a pre-made box again!

Slammin' Salmon
wonderful sauce! I added a tsp more of sea salt, doubled the crushed garlic, and brown sugar. I also replaced the peanut oil with a 1/4 cup of olive oil, and added a 1/4 cup of sesame oil. I actually marinated the salmon in the sauce for an hour and then following the advice of others, I covered the salmon and baked it at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, and reduced the marinade in a sauce pan with 1/4 cup of white wine for another 15 minutes. I served the glaze over the salmon next to a bed of brown basmati rice and garlic green beans. Fabulous!
