Wonderful recipe. I've made it several times. It's easy to prepare and always comes out absolutely delicious. It's better than what you would get in most restaurants.
A couple notes: 1) Be sure you are using a glass dish. If you don't have one on hand, you can use a metal baking pan, but know that the maple sauce will start to burn on the pan so you need to keep an eye on it closely and be prepared to scrape your metal pan clean. The fish will still be delicious, though. 2) This recipe sometimes takes longer than 20 minutes to cook fully. Even if the fish is flaking, check the center to make sure it no longer has a somewhat jelly appearance.
