Spinach Artichoke Quiche
This was yummy and pretty - perfect for a Sunday brunch with friends or family. One change that's needed is to increase the amount of milk/cream in the recipe (I recommend 1 cup). It was a bit too "eggy" and not quite the creamy quiche texture I prefer. The overall taste was a big hit!!

Banana Sour Cream Bread
This is an awesome banana bread recipe! I halved the recipe (used 1 cup sugar and 2 eggs) and didn't have any sour cream, so used ricotta cheese w/ a T. of vinegar. The best banana bread I've ever made!! Thanks for the recipe!

Rhubarb Upside Down Cake III
This cake is an awesome use of rhubarb! Both my husband and I loved it! I used sugar-free gelatin (instead of regular) and a white cake mix (instead of the yellow), but it still turned out great! I was amazed that you couldn't even tell there were marshmallows in the recipe. For some it may be a bit tart, but I thought it was a perfect mix of sugar and rhubarb.
