Made this last night and served on a whole wheat bun with roasted baby potatoes and corn. My VERY picky 4 year old liked it and that says a lot considering she hates trying new food and only seems to like chicken nuggets and pizza! So this will go into our rotation. I followed the recipe except I halved it for three chicken breasts, used fresh chicken instead of frozen, Sweet Baby Rays Original BBQ Sauce, Newman's own light italian dressing and seasoned the chicken breasts with garlic and onion powder and a little salt and pepper. I will make this again. Easy recipe, easy cleanup. I had no trouble with the end result being watery. After I shredded the chicken (an hour before done, as suggested by many reviewers), it was perfect. I cooked this on high for about 3 and a half hours.
