Loved it, loved it, loved it. It was so flavorful and so simple...two of my favorite things when I cook. I did add a couple of cloves of garlic and potatoes, carrots, and onions. I think next time I will dredge the meat in flour, but it was so good just the way it was! I served it over noodles. My husband thought it was one of my best pot roasts ever and he wants it again and again. He couldn't believe it when I told him how simple it was. Great meal for a cold evening.
