Easy Sugar Cookies
I've been trying sugar cookie recipes for the last 2 months. This is by far the best. I always use butter in my cookies because it tastes the best. I melted mine completely in the microwave and the cookies came out so soft. If you over cook them they become very hard very fast. You have to pull them out right away. This recipe was so easy and so good. I made them plain but I can't wait to try some with candies in them as well. However they are amazing plain made exactly as the recipe says!

Real Strawberry Cupcakes
These are fantastic. I didn't have any pudding mix so I skipped this but I added extra strawberries, probably about a cup and they moistened the batter. I didn't use food coloring and they still came out pink. We used a full block of cream cheese to the frosting so it didn't come out as sweet. Just a personal preference.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV
I skipped the onions because I am not a huge fan but still used the onion soup mix which added good flavor. I took everyone's advice and used extra red wine but went a little overboard. Next time I'll still use extra but still not as much and the first time. The merlot definitely added a great flavor. The meat came out nice and moist and pulled apart. I used red potatoes because those are my favorite and they cooked great in this recipe.
