Creamy Celery Casserole

This was very good! I only put a small amount of the butter in but next time will completely omit it. I think chicken would be a great addition to this as well.

Fried Cucumbers

I made this exactly as instructed and it was alright but nothing exciting. I never fry anything and I never use cornmeal so I think it was just my taste and inexperience. I will try again using some of the ideas from other posters and hopefully it will be as I hoped. update: So tonight I gave this another try but changed it a bit. I sprinkled garlic powder on the cucumbers then coated it in corn meal, then dipped in water and then bread crumbs. I then sprinkled with salt and pepper and baked for about 20-25 minutes on 375! they came out sooooo much better. More flavor and crispy instead of soggy. This way is worth 5 stars I think!

Cheesy Broccoli Quinoa

This is so easy and delicious!! the only thing i did different was to use unsalted vegetable stock to cut WAY back on the sodium. I will be making this frequently and maybe adding some more spices and vegetables next time.

Spinach Saute

I cut back to just a tsp of lemon and next time will cut back the amount of cream cheese probably to 1/4 cup. I think with both those changes and maybe adding some garlic it would be perfect!

I will never buy applesauce again! This is sooooo good! I only put about a tablespoon of brown sugar and about half cup of water and it was perfect!!! YUMMY!!

Cabbage and Dumplings

The cabbage turned out great. I did put some soy sauce in while cooking. The dumplings were a little weird for me but still decent. In the future I will probably not make the dumplings but just make biscuits instead.

Best Spanish Rice

I have made this several times now and it is always so good! My sister is a vegetarian so I use vegetable broth instead of chicken. I do everything else just as it says and its perfect every time!

Fiesta Rice

Very good and simple. I used salsa instead of picante cause that is what I had. The only issue I had was 1/4 cup water wasn't enough. The rice was still a bit crunchy so I added another 1/4 cup and put on low heat for about 3 minutes then off heat for another 5. Turned out great!

Baby Back Ribs

This was my first time trying to make ribs. I used a dry rub first and then coated with sauce. I only marinaded for about 45 minutes and it was soooo good! really was falling off the bone! I will use this method to cook them again for sure!

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

Baked Tortilla Chips

I used olive oil cooking spray and sprinkled with a small amount of salt then cut into wedges. I baked for 7 minutes then flipped them and baked for another 5-7 minutes waiting for the edges to start browning.
