Golden Rum Cake

This cake is good and pretty easy to make. The only issue I have with it is that it calls for too much glaze. I would say half the glaze portion would be plenty. Also, I saw one comment saying, do not refrigerate and I disagree. I put mine in the fridge last night and cut a piece this morning and it was perfect! Keeps it fresher and I personally like rum cake cold. Very moist and the rum is pretty strong...keep that in mind.
