Double Chocolate Biscotti

i used semi sweet and milk choc chips and did a few easier steps after initial only 10 min and use electric knife to slice them. they still crumble a lil but not as bad as the first batch which i did exactly as written. baked 10 min turned and 10 min more. turned out just perfectly crispy and 'biscotti-ie'!

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

the roast did come out perfect med which is perfect for my family, but, the cut of meat was tough, beyond tough, and barely warm....i used 2nd half a couple days later and sliced as thin as possible and did make a good panini with it. next time will use better cut of meat, the idea is good but u only get out what u put in, so use a better roast or even beef tenderloin which is probably what i will use next time, if i do make this again
