Tammy's Philly Cheese Steak Dip

This dip was okay, it didn't quite meet my expectations. I would not add the mayo, it turns into oil immediately and then needed to be drained off. Adding the milk to make it creamy was a good suggestion. If I make it again I will try dry italian seasoning mix to eliminate more oil.

Sausage and Egg Casserole

This is a good casserole, but I added chopped mushrooms and onions and pepper to the sausage. I like the way you can cut it up and serve it in whole slices.

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms II

When I make these I add chopped mushroom stems, chopped onion and minced garlic. I always drain the sausage before adding to the cream cheese. Before baking,I sprinkle the tops with finely shredded cheese. There's never enough to go around!!
