Very good, moist crêpes. Will use again. ** Do not follow mixing directions in recipe!** Mix liquids in one bowl, then added pre-mixed dry ingredients. Added 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/4 C sugar for sweet crêpes and about 1/2 C extra liquid (water and/or milk) until batter was runny. When frying I only used butter on the first one; non-stick pans don't need it. Served 3 ways: sprinkled with sugar and lemon juice, with maple syrup, and with chocolate-hazelnut spread (with optional coconut). May try omitting sugar and vanilla next time and making savoury ones (with cheese, eggs, spinach, asparagus, tomatoes and/or ham inside).
