Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2011
Such an easy, quick appetizer to make, and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I make this recipe as it is written, but also add about 1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles to the mixture - try it out, it's a great addition! :)

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2011
I've made this cake at least a dozen times since I first saw the recipe on Allrecipes a couple years ago. Wherever I take this cake, I always get asked for the recipe and there are never any leftovers! This cake is super moist and very easy to make - love it! :)

I made this bread for my Mother over the holidays, and she LOVED it! The cranberry and pumpkin really go well together. Plus, it was very moist. I will definitely make this recipe again - thanks! :)

Spicy Three Pepper Hummus

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2011
This is a great spicy hummus recipe. Though, I made a few changes. First, I used two slices of a fresh jalapeno pepper (seeded and ribs removed). Secondly, I added 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar since I didn't have the juice from the jar of jalapenos. Lastly, I added 2 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt to the recipe since I like my hummus very creamy. With these slight changes, I will definitely make this recipe over and over again - thanks!

This recipe was very easy to make and we really enjoyed it. We love pierogies at our house, and that's what it reminded us of. I will make this one again! :)

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2011
We loved these muffins - well, especially my boyfriend! I think I had 2 of them and he ate the rest. They were great for breakfast with coffee. The muffins were very moist and the crumb topping was a nice finishing touch! I will definitely make these again - thanks! :)

What a great recipe! The bread was VERY moist and the sour cream added a bit of tang to the bread. I like this recipe because it was not too sweet. I will definitely make this one again - Thanks! :)

Spiced Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
Awesome hummus recipe! I did cut the cayenne pepper to 1/4 teaspoon as suggested by some of the other reviewers, and I used roasted red peppers that were marinated in olive oil and garlic - which turned out great to me. Definitely a keeper!

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
I made this recipe last weekend and it's definitely a keeper. I marinated the chicken breasts in the teriyaki sauce, as suggested by other reviewers. The chicken was very moist and the combination of flavors was different, but very good! Highly recommended!

Goulash Supreme

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2008
Very yummy, simple Goulash recipe...exactly what I was looking for. You'll probably most definitely want to cook the macaroni separately and add to the meat mixture towards the end. I used diced tomatoes instead of stewed, and I added more garlic (2 large cloves). I did use the tomato paste since I like the tomato taste. Some of my additions: 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika in addition to the regular paprika; 3-4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce; 2 teaspoons of sugar (to cut down on the acidity), and salt & pepper to taste.

Chicken Danielle

Reviewed: May 10, 2008
I made this recipe for my boyfriend tonight, and we both really loved it. The recipe was easy to make, and of course, I added a few extra ingredients: 3/4 cups of frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained) and about 1/2 cup chopped sweet yellow onion. I added the onion with the mushroom mixture to cook through, then added the spinach. I also used half 'n half instead of the heavy cream. I'll make this one again for sure since it turned out great!

Chicken Diablo

Reviewed: May 30, 2004
Very Yummy! This recipe was easy to make and both my fiancee and I really enjoyed it. We had it over yellow rice (saffron rice). I also added a little cayenne pepper to the recipe for an extra kick - we like it spicy!
