Salsa Cheese Boule Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2013
This is a great recipe I just want to let everyone know you can cook this in the microwave if you are short on time and pour it into a bread bowl after or just omit the bread bowl like I did. Microwave for 3 minutes, stir well repeat microwaving for a few mins at a time until you've cooked for 9-12 minutes. It's delicious and takes a fraction of the time. From the time I read the recipe until it was done was 15 minutes. It turned out fantastic too. I may try it in the bread bowl. I assume the length of cooking make the flavors a bit stronger? Either way its a great recipe, just wanted to let everyone else know it can be done in 15 mins start to finish.

Tuna Fish Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 26, 2013
I loved this recipe. I only used 2 Tablespoons of Mayo. I added a small diced dill pickle, I added 1/3 diced tomato, I only used a tiny lemon juice and didn't use parsley or paprika. This recipe was good enough I ate it 2 times (for lunch and dinner) and the Husband loved it too. I recommend using Bumble bee tuna that is the best non fishy brand I have found.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2013
1. I read the recipe and top reviews and came up with the following stellar recipe. At a dinner party everyone (6 different couples) asked for the recipe and every crumb was gone. 2. Mix the white sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and ground cinnamon together, and lay apple slices in mixture and flip over apples so they are coated well. 3. Combine the oats, 2 cups flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together in a bowl. 4. Place about ¼ of the oat mixture at the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan 5. Place the sliced apples over the ¼ mixture 6. Pour the rest of the sugar-cinnamon mix evenly over the apples 7. Pour ¼ cup water evenly over apples 8. Crumble the rest of the 3/4th oat mixture evenly over the apples. 9. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 45 minutes.
