This turned out sweet, sticky and spicy. My husband and I loved it. The fresh ginger really made this dish. I followed this recipe almost exactly. Here's what I did for a perfect outcome. Dredged chicken in corn starch, omitted vegetable oil (used PAM spray), browned chicken, removed from pan and set aside. Added sauce, cooked for a minute or two, re-added chicken. Cooked on low-medium heat for 9 minutes, continually stirring. I really let the sauce cook down until I got a tacky texture and sauce was sticking to pan. Next time I will add some pineapple chunks, bell peppers and onion. Thanks for the fantastic recipe!
