Fluffy Pancakes
Whipped these up on a whim Sat morning. They were great - and so convenient not to have to have buttermilk on hand.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
I love pulled pork and never knew I could make it at home, without a big smoke pit in the backyard! I used a 3 lb boneless pork shoulder. It was in the crock pot for 10 hrs on low, since I was gone that long - I think 8 or 9 hrs would have been great. It was so easy to shred with a fork, and easy to remove the fat at the same time. Finished in the oven with the Sweet Baby Rays. I lightly buttered some large bakery hamburger buns and set them under the broiler just until they were toasty. Piled on the meat, added a slice of oinion and a few dill pickle slices. Served with cole slaw and french fries. My husband said it was the best pork sandwich he'd ever had. Wasn't sure how my friend's 11 year daughter would like it, but she ate the entire sandwich in no time and reported it great. Thanks so much for posting this recipe. I will definitely be making this again and again!

Southern Style Thanksgiving Green Beans
I omitted the onion but otherwise followed this to a T. Used the washed and trimmed green beans in the package in the produce section to save some time. These were the best green beans I've ever made - now I know that the very long cooking time is the key. They were just great, and couldn't have been easier!
