Sugarless Applesauce Cake

Wow, this cake is really moist and absolutely delicious! Cinnamon applesauce works quite well.

It was really easy and fast to make, and the peaches topping with the syrupy brown sugar and cloves was deliciously sweet. however, the chicken itself was pretty bland and not very tender at all. i think i'll make this again but with first marinating the chicken as other reviewers was suggested.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

great recipe. the pancakes had the perfect consistency after i added a little bit more milk to the mix. they're so easy to adapt. i made these with blueberries, plain, and mixed with sourdough starter for three kinds of pancakes with the same basic recipe.

really easy to make and they tasted great. the only problem was i had a bit of trouble rolling out the dough into ropes (kept breaking).

Best Ever Muffins

i made these with half brown sugar half white, lemon zest, juice, and a streusel topping which turned out quite good. however i only needed about 20 min.

the flavor of these cookies are fantastic! however mine turned out way too soft but i think that might have something to do with the butter substitute i used.
