BREAD! One of the most fascinating things about making bread is being able to watch it raise and then finally taking out two swelling golden loafs from the oven.

Measurements don't have to be perfect, the real genius is all in the good feelings mixed in.
My cooking triumphs
My cooking triumphs are everything from blueberry pies made from fresh blueberries from down the road. I made the crust into stars completed with a big crescent moon in the middle. It came out lovely and was perfect for the space party I attended.
My cooking tragedies
My biggest cooking tragedy was a pot pie that had chicken added to it that had been soaked in a salt brine for wayyyy too long. No matter how much peeled potatoes I added it still tasted like someone had soaked the whole thing in the ocean!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
sorry but the meatballs were extremely bland and they broke apart while i cooked them in the sauce. totally ruined the dish, very bummed -.-

121 Whipped Cream
Super delicious and much better tasting than store bought. To be warned it does make a lot more whipped cream than you'd think, plus after whipping you should consider refrigerating it for a bit after to firm it up a bit after working it so much if it begins to melt.

I made this and it came out good yet it seemed to be missing a spice, I used ghee as suggested in one of the comments to improve the chances of it not being soggy but it didn't seem to help any. I increased the sauce 1 1/2 times as some previous comments said the amount suggested would make too dry of a dessert. I loved it and so did all my friends, however, again, it seemed to be missing a spice.
