Fried Cabbage with Bacon, Onion, and Garlic
My family loved this dish. I modified it slightly by adding kielbasa and about 1/2 teaspoon of salt only because a tablespoon seemed like way too much for our liking. You can always add more, but can't take it out if it's too salty. It made enough for two adults and two children, but no leftovers. I might double the recipe next time just so we can have some for lunches. Great dish! It's a keeper.

Crab-Stuffed Filet Mignon with Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce
Made this for my husband for father's day, and he said it was better than ANY filet mignon he's ever had at any steak restaurant. It truly was an amazing dish. You will not be disappointed. I prepared garlic mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus to go with it. Also, it may take longer than the 1 hour 30 minutes from start to finish. It took me 2 hours, but I think it's because I had to cook the steaks a little longer because they were so thick.

Thai Ground Chicken Basil
My husband and I loved this recipe. Per other reviews, I made the following changes: in place of peanut oil, used sesame oil, used about 5 cloves of minced garilc, used lean ground turkey in place of the ground chicken, used 3T of sweet chili sauce in place of the Thai chiles, 3 teaspoons of lite soy sauce, 3T of fish sauce, used the juice of 1/2 a lime, sliced up 1/2 green bell pepper, 1/2 red bell pepper, 1/2 onion, and julienned 2 baby carrots. Next time I will add more basil since it does shrink up a lot, and if you like it spicy add some red pepper flakes to taste. Excellent!
