Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2009
We did not care for the flavor of this recipe at all. I will not make this again. I agree with another review that it may be better flavor for a beef roast instead of a pork loin. Having said that I will add that it was perfectly cooked & tender in 3 hours on high in my corck pot. Along with the pork, I cooked whole yukon gold potatoes and they were perfectly done as well.

Chicken Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2009
Thir recipe is delicious. It makes a huge amount. My hubby and I ate it twice, and I gave a big container to my neighbor. Wonderful as is and I am not a huge fan of curry. I did add more mayo when serving it as leftovers.

Loaded Potatoes

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2008
I just made these for my hubby's family Christmas dinner. They are time-consuming (I had to make 18) because I wanted to get the cheese/seasoning mixture in between all the slices, but they are delicious. I think they are worth the effort for a special occasion. If you're only making a couple of them - no problem, it's a great recipe. I did do the parbake method - microwaved them for 6 minutes, then "stuffed" them and then cooked at 400 for 20 minutes to finish.

Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
I made these as part of a meal that I was delivering to another family. I made turkey and gravy to go with the potatoes. The potatoes were outstanding. I followed the recipe exactly. I added a heaping teaspoon of salt. I think I have to make another batch for my family. I can't stop thinking about how yummy they were!

Banana Pudding III

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2008
I made this and Chocolate Chip Cheesecake I for Easter dessert and everyone raved about both. Kids and adults were happy. I made it one day before and it was excellent. I used milk instead of water as other reviewers suggested. Delicious!

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake I

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2008
I've made this recipe many times. It's excellent. This time I used "Sugar in the Raw" in place of white sugar in the crust. It gave it a very slight crunch that we really liked! I used a shallow pan of water in the oven as I baked the cheesecake - no cracks!

Awesome salad! I add avocado and it's great. I also do 2/3 ranch and 1/3 bbq sauce - for us, it's perfect!

Best Ever Chocolate Cutout Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2007
These turned out great with modifications. I followed advice of other reviewers and added: 1t. vanilla, 1/2 t. cinnamon and an extra egg yolk. I also rolled them out a little thicker than the recipe called for. I did not refrigerate the dough at all and the dough was fine - even with my young kids making the cut-out cookies. We will make these again for something different.
