I made this recipe exactly as it is, except I put it in the refrigerator to be baked the next day. The dough remained hard even after 4 hours of sitting out at room temp. The cookies were so dry and crumbly, I couldn't even get them rolled in the powdered sugar without them disentegrating. I may try this one more time to see if it was the refreration that ruined them or just a bad recipe. For me - the jury is out on this one.
***update** I made these again, and while in my taste they are just okay, some friends of mine loved them. So definitely a mixed review here, but
DO NOT REFRIGERATE THIS DOUGH!!!!
