Creamy White Chicken and Artichoke Lasagne

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2014
I usually don't review if I make big changes, but since it doesn't have reviews yet I thought I'd add my two cents. Flavor is good, it's rich. I couldn't find the cooking cream so I used cream cheese with pesto. Also couldn't find the mozzarella cheese so just used regular mozzarella. Also, to make it easier I mixed it all together, chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese, etc. I sprayed the bottom of the pan with Pam cooking spray.

Garlic Cream Sauce over Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2014
It is really rich. I made it exactly as listed here and put it over a grilled chicken thigh. The flavor is good but I think next time I'll skip the cream cheese.

Hamburger and Macaroni Hot Dish

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2014
I used tomato paste instead of soup because that's what I had. I also threw in two tablespoons of grey poupon because I love mustard:). Otherwise the same. My 6-year old liked it. Oh, I did use two different cheeses for adults and kids. Next time, I might skip the corn and serve it with a veggie instead.

White Bean, Spinach, and Barley Stew

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2013
I agree with many of the reviewers and made modifications as a result. I used chicken broth and canned tomatoes as a base. I didn't have barley so I used Orzo, didn't have enough liquid but the flavor was great. I browned up a bit of bacon then simmered it with tomatoes and chicken broth. Added white beans and orzo at the end and topped it with spinach and grated parm. It was very tasty.
